Kingston 32Gb Data Traveler

Last year I picked up a Transcend 32Gb USB Stick which was one of my fun purchases. It was great and I managed to get it full within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the firmware on the stick died and would not detect properly. It was exchanged for a new one and it has been […]

Sundried Pesto Spaghetti

A nice easy dish if you are running a little short of time. Cook the spaghetti (as per packet instructions), drain well and return to pot. Add in a splash of olive oil, jar of sundried tomato pesto, canned tuna, chilli flakes (to taste) and sundried tomatoes. Season well with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Powergirl by Noelle Dreves

Noelle Dreves is a 22 year old freelance artist from Brisbane, Australia. Her Powergirl illustration captures the subject in a very dynamic pose in a difficult angle to draw. The mastermind behind the anthology, Bernard Caleo assembles an eclectic variety of stories with different style of artwork. As you can imagine with any […]

Soya Bean

From Kansas City, Arie Monroe was kind enough to share one of her works “Pillow Fight”. It’ll probably be best to let the artist describe her work for herself. So . . . tell me more about this piece. This is a fun illustration. The style is inspired by Bruce Timm but also has a […]

Char Kway Teow

The first question you’re thinking probably is “What is Char Kway Teow?“. It is a Malaysian dish of fried flat rice noodles. There are many variations of ingredients that can be added. However, cockles, eggs, prawns, bean sprouts, chives and chilli are usually added whilst frying. Originally a fisherman’s dish to finish any unsold cockles […]

Auction – Joker by Michael Bridges

An oil painting on canvas on Heath Ledger’s Joker by Michael Bridges. Usually this site only showcases work but this is also a rare opportunity to own this piece. The artist currently is running an email auction here for any interested buyers.

Bolt – Movie Review

This is first my first movie of 2009. Bolt (voiced by John Travolta), an “actor dog” believes he has super powers. After accidentally being shipped to New York, he attempts to make it back to Hollywood to see his owner Penny (voiced by Miley Cyrus). This is an enjoyable movie for everyone (not just kids)! […]
