Since it’s been a while since my last update, I decided to combine several posts I had been working on into one long post covering a range of different topics. The posts should be a little more regular as things get a little more on track but in the mean time, enjoy!

It’s a been a while since I last did some photo prints but I recently have got some Paris ones listed on eBay. Check out the different styles and if you like ‘em remember to bid high and bid often!

And finally, it’s new TV Season!
With that the return of the regulars like The Big Bang Theory, Fringe and the one I’m most excited with Supernatural. This picks up from the Season 6 cliffhanger where Castiel absorbs the souls from Purgatory to gain a lot of power. This first episode of the season opens various plotline including the new villain Leviathan (not your typical monster of the week), Sam’s wall in his head breaking down and maybe (just maybe) the return of Lucifer.

This episode shows the return of Death in an effort to stop Castiel. Wonder who the “hottie” will be for this seaon. It was Julia Maxwell playing the “Mother of All” in Season 6.

Roast Pork Baguette – Honey Mayo – Brie – Taste Baguette

From the last pancake and crepe post, I have since discovered a new craving. The bread is baked fresh every 15 minutes with brie, honey mayo, lettuce and roast pork (with crackling) to make a fantastic tasting baguette. So far I’ve had this twice already and I’m thinking of when I can next go back!

It’s always good to thrown in the occassional food post. A recent visit to Pancakes on the Rocks, I can’t resist but I usually go for one savoury dish (mexicana with mushrooms on the side) and one sweet (blueberry pancakes with one pancakes substituted for crepes). All photos taken with a Canon 40D paired with Canon 17-55 f2.8 lens.

Laura Vandervoort – Smallville Supergirl – V 2009

Last year it was Summer Glau but in 2011, I had the opportunity to meet Laura Vandervoort of V (Lisa) and Smallville (Supergirl) fame during a recent convention. I haven’t really started Season 2 of V yet but it’s next on my list.

On another note I’ve been making my way through 80+ issues of The Walking Dead (Kirkman). It’s probably the most engaging and frightening series that I’ve read in a while. The fear is more the how far humanity can collapse under a huge external threat which in this case are flesh eating zombies.

It’s a been a while since the last food post. Thought I’d share this one, it’s the most incredible sambal (chilli) at this Indonesian restaurant. You can see the chilli seeds literally dripping in the sauce. Their specialty is fried chicken (Ayam Goreng), it’s very hot but oh so good.

Nando’s Baby Burger

I’ve always been partial to a nice chilli burger (and I love Hungry Jacks) so I had to sample Nando’s new Baby Burger with HOT peri-peri sauce. The burger was nice stacked and delicious although I would have preferred a softer bread, they used a crusty bread roll for this. The mayonnaise did blend well the hot sauce. Although a little pricy compared to other fast food burgers, I’ll be back if I have the spare change in my pockets.

Notre Dame Gargoyle – Paris – Photo – eBay

Twilight – Bella Action Figure – WTF

Was doing some shopping over the weekend and I came across the Twilight action figure set. While most of the other characters had cool “special abilities” like super strength or super speed, I think poor Bella got ripped off. I doubt I would class being Accident Prone or Attracts Bad Luck as special abilities.

For those who love their instant noodles, I posted about Indomie Mi Goreng with Peri Peri a few days ago. I thought I’d showcase the packets of my two favourite (and best) instant noodles, Indomie Mi Goreng (as you know) and Mama Tomyum noodles. The Tomyum noodles are not for the faint of heart as it has a pretty strong hotness quotient. What are your favourite instant snacks?
