A big aperture lets in a lot of light so it’s good for dark situations as well.

I’m still learning the photography terms but i can see that F2.8 is really good aperture! I’ll put that in my wish list (lens with massive apperture) so i can take glorious food shots! hehehehe.

Jalan Aloh in KL is a street full of good stuff.

BTW Read your blog and noticed you picked up a SLR. The prawn shot was with f2.8, 1/25 shutter speed and ISO 800 if you are interested.

Absolutely incredible.
The crab meat adds some sweetness to the dish.
